DUI Probation Terms
The terms of a DUI misdemeanor probation in Indiana will normally include the following requirements:
- Report to a probation officer
- Pay any fines and/or court costs
- Pay any restitution due
- Not to consume alcohol
- Not to consume drugs
- Submit to random drug screening
- Complete any required community service hours
- Complete any inpatient or outpatient treatment as mandated by the court
- Attend AA/NA meetings
- Commit no new offenses while on adult probation
