Erin Warrner

Erin Warrner

Immigration Attorney

Erin Warner joined The Law Office of Jesse K. Sanchez as an Of Counsel attorney in 2023. She has over 13 years of litigation trial experience in criminal and immigration law.  A member of the Indiana State Bar Association, she is an incredible asset to our team. Erin was born and raised on the southside of Indianapolis, IN and graduated from Perry Meridian High School.  She attended Ball State University and then came home to Indianapolis to attend the IU McKinney School of Law as an evening student.

Before joining Sanchez law, Erin spent ten years as a deputy prosecuting attorney where she tried over fifty jury trials and a countless number of court trials. As a supervising attorney in the Special Victims Unit, she was responsible for homicides, sex crimes and other major felony cases. Erin then transitioned to focusing on immigration law and worked at a local Indianapolis nonprofit supervising a team of attorneys working on a caseload of over a thousand immigration cases including family based petitions and removal defense court matters. Erin is currently a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, U Visa Liason for Indiana Chapter.

At The Law Office of Jesse Sanchez, Erin represents clients in immigration matters and criminal defense, with a special interest in representing immigrants in court. She is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the Executive Office of Immigration Review (Immigration) court.

Erin’s passion is in applying her legal experience to be a caring advocate and work closely with clients, many who are in the worst situations of their lives or fleeing violence, through the legal process. She has volunteered at the Hope for Tomorrow nonprofit organization, and is a member of the Indianapolis Propylaeum. Outside of her professional life, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, home improvement DIY projects, gardening, exploring new restaurants (especially those recommended by her clients), and has a goal of finally learning to golf.
